Global Mining Services (GMS) is an Australian-based consulting and design group that specialises in mining and infrastructure project management and implementation, nationally and internationally.

GMS provides cost-effective and practical project management and mine implementation services for the development of small to medium size projects, in particular underground mining projects.

GMS has established formal agreements with a number of indigenous communities, in order to provide a broad range of engineering services, from design through to construction management and project delivery in country areas, providing employment and training opportunities for the local Indigenous communities.  The most advanced formal relationship with a local community is the establishment of a joint company Dhurawine-GMS with specific representatives of the Traditional Owners in the Gladstone regions of Queensland.  GMS is a member of the Australian Employment Covenant (www.fiftythousandjobs.com.au).
