GMS Mining & Infrastructure

Background

GMS Mining & Infrastructure Pty Ltd (GMSMI) is a consulting and project management service company established in 2011 in Perth, Australia, to provide a broad range of specialised technical services to the mining and infrastructure industry, both nationally and internationally.

GMSMI is fully supported by Global Mining Services Pty Ltd (GMS), which has been operating in the mining industry since 1994, which now provides GMSMI with financial services and administrative support.

The Mining Group of GMSMI provides cost-effective and practical project management and mine implementation services for the development of small to medium size projects, particularly of underground projects.

The Infrastructure Group of GMSMI provides a total design and construction package, with a practical and efficient approach to project management and delivery, focussing on water, power, rail and mine infrastructure.

GMS has established a formal agreement with an indigenous community in the Gladstone region of Queensland and is providing construction management and project delivery services in the region through our joint company Dhurawine-GMS. 

GMS is active in supporting local sport in Western Australia and is a proud sponsor of the UWA Rugby Football Club.  Building on that sponsorship, GMS provides scholarships to two club rugby players that excel in the sport and are are enrolled in a Bachelor of Engineering degree course at UWA (read more at GMS-Community)
